Florida Mechanical works across plumbing, air-conditioning, industrial, and condominium projects, with particular expertise in process piping and fabrication. We deliver both negotiated and competitive-bid work — from early project consultation and temperature-control design through fabrication, installation, and ongoing service.
Because we self-perform welding and fabrication in our own shop, we control quality where it matters most and can take on the complex, exotic-alloy work that most contractors sub out or turn away.
Our facility is what lets us self-perform at scale: a 10,000-square-foot fabrication shop, 4,500 square feet of office, and 1.5 acres of outside storage. Building pipe spools, skids, and assemblies indoors, on positioners, produces a repeatable quality field work rarely matches — and lets fabrication run in parallel with construction to compress the schedule.
The shop is equipped for large, demanding work and staffed by certified welders using computer-aided welding to the highest standards.
