Our shop routinely welds exotic and specialty alloys — hastelloy, Zeron 100, Chromaloy P-11 and P-22, Inconel, aluminum, abrasion-resistant alloy steel, and duplex stainless — in multiple wall thicknesses. These are the materials behind pharmaceutical, food-process, aerospace, and high-temperature piping that most fabrication shops cannot handle.
Yes. We build skid-mounted equipment, modular piping, and rack assemblies in our 10,000-square-foot shop, then deliver them ready to set on site. Off-site fabrication happens in a controlled environment, in parallel with construction — which tightens tolerances, improves weld quality, reduces field labor, and shortens the overall project schedule.
Our shop is equipped for large-scale work. A 75-ton bridge crane and boom lifts move heavy assemblies, a plasma cutter is rated to 24-inch pipe, and AMADA and vertical band saws cut to 18 inches. With eight weld stations (expandable) and automatic positioners, we fabricate and handle sizable pipe spools and structural steel.
Yes. Beyond pipe, we provide plate and structural steel fabrication — shearing, burning, punching, and plasma cutting — plus steel pipe support systems. That lets us deliver complete mechanical assemblies, supports included, rather than leaving structural steel to a separate trade and coordinating the handoff.
Weld quality is held to X-ray standards. Our certified welders use computer-aided welding and ongoing training, and we maintain a network of outside welding consultants for independent verification. This QA discipline is why our fabrication is trusted on aerospace, healthcare, and process work — applications where a failed weld is not an option.
