Welding is the heart of what we do. Our certified welders run the full range of processes — SMAW (stick), GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, FCAW (flux-core), and orbital GTAW for precise, repeatable pipe welds — in a shop built for quality: 8 weld stations (expandable), automatic positioners, and a 75-ton bridge crane.
What sets the work apart is the standard and the materials. We weld to X-ray quality, supported by computer-aided welding, continuous training, and a network of outside welding consultants for independent verification — across carbon, stainless, and the exotic alloys behind aerospace, pharmaceutical, and high-temperature piping.
A weld either holds under scrutiny or it doesn’t. We build to the standard where it holds: certified welders, computer-aided welding, and X-ray-quality verification on every process we run — the level aerospace, healthcare, and process work demand, where a failed weld isn’t an option.

Our 10,000-square-foot fabrication shop is in West Palm Beach, with eight weld stations (expandable), orbital welders and automatic positioners. Field welding across South Florida is performed by the same certified welders.
Yes. Our welders are certified and produce X-ray quality welds using computer-aided welding technology, and we maintain a network of outside welding consultants for independent verification when a project requires it.
